Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of facilitation or classroom experience.
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with community representatives.
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision to meet deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic planning of grants to ensure deliverables.
  • Coordinate trainings/events across the year with the team.
  • Facilitate and retain participants in evidence-based curricula and workshops.
  • Ensure reliable data collection, storage, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations and community members to boost program impact.
