Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of municipal tree care and tree maintenance experience.
• Two years of staff leadership experience.
• California Class C driver license; Class B within one year.
• ISA Certified Arborist Certification in good standing; ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification within one year.
• QAC certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tree risk assessments to promote public safety.
• Lead urban forestry team and oversee tree maintenance contractors and budgets.
• Oversee program budgets and safety/compliance programs.
