Job summary

Zipcar is the world’s leading car‑sharing network, found in urban areas and campuses in more than 500 cities and towns. As a Fleet Operations Associate, you’ll help keep cars clean, maintained and member‑ready, traveling around the city by foot, bike, public transit or a Zipcar to service vehicles.

You’ll be the front line of the team, ensuring member satisfaction and representing the Zipcar brand across town.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure the vehicle status updates are provided.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary).
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards).
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)
