Job summary

Freedom Preparatory Academy seeks elementary teachers to join our growing network of charter schools. As a teacher, you will help students develop mastery of concepts through assessments, aligned curricula, and varied instructional approaches. Collaboration with fellow teachers supports cross-curricular planning.

We value character, academic excellence, and data-informed instruction. Required: Bachelor's degree; Alabama teaching license or reciprocity; 2–4 years urban teaching experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree strongly preferred.
• Certification/licensure: Alabama teaching license or reciprocity required or eligible for licensure.
