The role requires strong leadership, client relations, and the ability to manage complex projects with a focus on quality and timely deliverables in a multi-office environment.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE in Texas with 15+ years of experience and 8+ years as Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Function as Lead Principal-in-charge and Senior Project Manager on key projects.
• Identify contacts/clients/opportunities for new work.
• Train/mentor staff and review work for quality assurance.
• Grow the Federal and Institutional group.
• Ensure resources for scheduling and budget commitments.
• Interface with clients, develop proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, ensure timely billing.
