Qualifications

• College coursework in criminal justice, public administration, urban planning, or related field or equivalent training.
• At least one year in enforcement, inspection, investigation, project coordination, or customer service.
• Experience enforcing municipal codes or cross-department collaboration is desirable.
• Ability to analyze data and use maps and GIS information.

Responsibilities

• Lead citywide enforcement for special projects in the Land Code Division.
• Coordinate with Planning, Fire Inspection, Building Inspection, and others to move initiatives to resolution.
• Inspect, issue notices and citations, and carry cases through compliance and hearings.
• Maintain complete case documentation and report status to the Division Manager.
• Support redevelopment efforts and identify priority areas using case data.
