Intrepid Travel in New Orleans is seeking a part-time seasonal Tour Leader to bring the city to life for travelers. You will guide groups, share local stories, and deliver authentic, responsible travel experiences that showcase the best of NOLA.

The role emphasizes passion for travel, strong storytelling, and excellent customer service while adhering to Intrepid’s values. This position is on-site with gratuities enhancing earnings.

Our travellers don’t just see the sights; they experience the city like a local.

This is a part-time seasonal role in New Orleans. The hourly wage is $24.50 USD plus gratuities.

To be considered you may also have:

• Excellent communication in English and ideally one other local language (the more the better!)


• Strong customer service experience and experience in developing a rapport with a broad range of traveller's


• Ability to manage trip budget and handle sums of money


• Map reading skills and a good sense of direction

Additional Skills & Attributes:

• A willingness to work flexible hours according to the groups needs


• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates recommended
