Our 60‑acre campus is complete with mature oaks, rolling hills, walking paths and outdoor spaces. We have 7 unique living units separated by gender, age, and developmental needs, a swimming pool, gymnasium, sports court and playing fields. We provide 24‑hour psychiatric care to girls and boys ages 10 to 17 with customized therapeutic approaches and intensive behavioral programs.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented PRN (Per‑Diem) UR Coordinator to pick up shifts as necessary, Monday through Friday. Flexible hours.
The Utilization Review Coordinator bridges communications between the hospital treatment team and insurance companies/referral agencies. The Coordinator analyzes clinical documentation to submit Prior Authorization requests for approval before admitting a patient and submits concurrent review applications to extend a patient’s stay. All authorization extensions or denials are tracked promptly in the electronic system, and appeals processes for denials are followed. Peer reviews, consults, and appeals involve the facility physician and insurance physician. The UR Coordinator reviews medical records and clinical documentation for medical necessity and works closely with admissions, accounts receivable, and the clinical team from the facility office.
