Job summary

Summit Recommerce Group operates Uptown Cheapskate locations, including the York, PA store. We are seeking dependable Buyers for part-time and full-time roles, with shifts at least two per week including some weekends.

You’ll help manage inventory, pricing, and customer interactions in a lively, fashion-forward setting. Our team cross-trains across store operations, enjoys flexible scheduling, a 401(k) plan for eligible employees, and a group health plan for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors (people from the community who want to sell to us)
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!

We’re looking for a part time and full time Buyers to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate West York location. Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends.
