Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate State College, part of Summit Recommerce Group, is hiring Buyers (part-time and full-time) to join our store in State College, PA. You will presort incoming items, price and buy them, organize racks, and ring up customers while teaching them how to sell to us.

Join a team with a friendly vibe, social media support, and opportunities to grow across nearly 30 locations. Availability for at least 2 shifts weekly, including some weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors (people from the community who want to sell to us)
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!

We're looking for a part time and full time Buyers to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate State College location. Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends.
