Job summary

Summit Reuse in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for the Uptown Cheapskate Pineville location. You will help lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and support store operations including opening/closing tasks and inventory.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is appreciated but not required.
• You should have the ability to lead, be willing to learn, and commit to improving store performance.
• Experience in retail and guest-focused service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to customers; maintain a welcoming store vibe.
• Presort incoming items and price them using the store system.
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing; ring up customers and teach selling to us.
• Help with social media posts and merchandising; manage opening/closing tasks.

We're looking for a full time Assistant Manager to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate Pineville location.

Store Location: 8700 Pineville-Matthews Rd #900 Charlotte NC28226.

Responsibilities:

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors (people from the community who want to sell to us)
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!
• Opening and closing tasks (closing down systems, nightly reports, opening/closing tills)
• Inventory management - transporting back stock bins to and from storage unit using a company box truck
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team
