Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate Chambersburg is hiring Buyers (part-time and full-time) to join our SRG-backed team. You must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends, at our Chambersburg, PA store. Expect a fast-paced, friendly, discount-focused retail environment with growth potential.

You'll help with accepting items, pricing, merchandising, and customer engagement while contributing to a lively, social-media aware shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to presort and price items using a computer system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly store presence.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories from vendors
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers at the register and teach them how to sell to us
