Job summary

Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) operates Uptown Cheapskate Durham, a fast-growing network of nearly 30 locations. We’re seeking dependable Buyers to join the team at 4215 University Dr. Durham, NC 27707.

Part-time and full-time roles available; must be able to work at least 2 shifts weekly, including some weekends. As a Buyer, you’ll help customers, presort and price items, organize merchandise, process sales, and contribute to social media posts.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors (people from the community who want to sell to us)
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!
