Job summary

Transwest, Inc. in Brighton, CO is seeking an Uptime Pro Specialist to provide frontline customer support and coordinate vehicle repairs.

The role interfaces with the Service Foreman, Advisors, Parts Department, and technicians to keep customers informed and repairs moving forward efficiently. You will create Repair Orders, supply timely estimates, and communicate updates to fleet contacts and vehicle owners.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience with problem solving.
• Quality systems knowledge (ISO 9001-2015).
• Vehicle knowledge and transportation industry familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the location and determine needed repairs.
• Obtain customer information to establish a business relationship.
• Provide quotes/estimates in a timely manner and create a Repair Order (RO).
• Update customers on status and scheduling of repairs.
• Communicate with service foreman, advisors, and technicians to relay RO information.
• Follow up on estimates, approvals, and pending work until completion.
• Document calls in Uptime Pro and ensure clear communication trails.
