The role emphasizes 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, experience with pumps/gearboxes, CAD drawings, and willingness to overtime. Sign-on and retention bonuses are offered; hourly pay starts at $34.80.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in chemical production.
Certified Maintenance Apprenticeship or Mechanical Institute Certificate required.
Experience rebuilding pumps and gearboxes.
Ability to read technical manuals and CAD drawings.
Willingness to work overtime and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

Repair, modify, and install mechanical equipment across the facility.
Diagnose issues and replace components on complex systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on belts, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and pumps.
Troubleshoot equipment and perform proof testing.
Apply 5S and document actions; work from blueprints and CMMS.
Safely operate in confined spaces and at heights.
