Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, an Associate degree or 2 years of experience in a fab environment.
• Ability to work 12 hour compressed schedules and day/night shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of production equipment and supervise technicians.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Manage training programs for proper operation and repair processes.
• Maintain inventory and spare parts; schedule manufacturing activities.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation.
• Supervise skilled non-exempt employees (e.g., Technicians).
