Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Equipment Technician Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the maintenance of production equipment, supervise equipment technicians, and establish preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

You will also manage training, inventory, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations and reliable equipment performance. In this role, you will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to maintain high standards of operation.

You will oversee technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. As well as establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. You will manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. You will also maintain inventory and/or spare parts. Along with scheduling manufacturing activities. You will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. In addition, you will generally supervise skilled non‑exempt employees (e.g., Technicians).
