Qualifications

• Leadership experience in GMP manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with drug substance manufacturing.
• Familiarity with cGMP and GDP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring of upstream manufacturing personnel.
• Oversee vector upstream manufacturing activities including scheduling and batch execution.
• Provide on-the-floor training for upstream manufacturing operations.
• Hire, coach, and develop Manufacturing team members with performance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks in Manufacturing operations and implement process improvements.
