Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in viral vector late processes development/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the internal commercial manufacturing strategy for iLVV.
• Develop detailed business and implementation plans.
• Partner with R&D for process development and technology transfer.
• Ensure compliance with global GMP and regulatory expectations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing post-launch.
