Job summary

Schneider Electric's Fairfield, OH plant is seeking a dedicated Upstream Supply Chain Planning Leader to optimize procurement, planning and scheduling for components and suppliers.

You will drive KPI monitoring, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across the enterprise to resolve upstream supply chain issues while ensuring replenishment parameters and stock policies are effectively managed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of scheduling/planning experience.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and self-direction.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize procurement of components with suppliers using SPS.
• Set logistic parameters: batch size, lead time, packaging, stocking policy.
• Analyze supplier forecasts and monitor KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in upstream supply chain.
• Escalate critical supplier issues to senior management.
• Ensure stock management parameters: replenishment lead time, frequency, etc.
