The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and emphasizes analytical thinking, ERP proficiency, and strong negotiation skills to balance priorities and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization.
• Ability to manage dynamic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage MRP and supplier order execution.
• Ensure material availability and resolve shortages.
• Manage replenishment backlog and supplier schedules.
• Monitor ERP messages and elevate recurring issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve supply flow.
• Support inventory accuracy and discrepancy resolution.
