Job summary

OrganOx has an exciting career opportunity for a Product Manager, Upstream at our global headquarters in Oxford, UK. In this role you will oversee full lifecycle management for our portfolio with focus on early-stage innovation and foundational requirements for next-generation, connected medical devices.

You will translate clinical insights into PRDs, work with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams, and drive strategic initiatives to support commercial launch readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in medical device product management, upstream marketing, or product strategy.
• Demonstrated understanding of U.S. and global transplantation ecosystems from OPOs, transplant centers, or medical devices serving this sector.
• Proven history leading cross-functional teams to drive complex hardware/software/consumable systems through early development phases.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the 1.5-to-5-year global product roadmap for your clinical portfolio with alignment to growth targets.
• Lead strategic portfolio prioritization balancing disruptive innovation with incremental extensions.
• Monitor healthcare regulations, reimbursement shifts, and global trends to pivot strategy.
• Design and execute VOC strategies with advisory boards and research.
• Partner with KOLs and scientific communities to identify high-value clinical needs.
• Develop rigorous business cases with financial models and ROI metrics.
