Job summary

Chevron Corporation seeks an Upstream Release Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA release delivery for upstream entities, including planning, deployment, go-live and stabilization. This senior role sits at the intersection of operations, technology and business strategy, coordinating governance, readiness, change management and risk mitigation with global cross-functional teams.

Must have 15+ years of ERP/digital transformation leadership and proven SAP delivery in complex environments;

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading large ERP, digital transformation, or business transformation programs.
• Strong Upstream business knowledge across Operations, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance.
• Proven SAP delivery experience in complex enterprise environments (ECC/SAP S/4HANA).
• End-to-end deployment experience: testing, data migration, go-live, stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA release delivery for upstream entities.
• Maintain the integrated release plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Lead release governance and go/no-go readiness for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate across Ops, Asset Management, Finance, Procurement, IT and delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance and risk management for releases.
