Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large ERP or transformation programs.
• Strong Upstream knowledge across Operations, Asset Management, Finance.
• Proven SAP delivery including ECC or S/4HANA in complex environments.
• End-to-end deployment experience: testing, data migration, cutover, go-live.
• Large-scale program leadership with global, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP EAM, Asset Performance Management, Maintenance & Reliability, and Master Data Governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA release delivery for upstream entities.
• Maintain the integrated release plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Lead release governance and go/no-go readiness.
• Integrate across Upstream business functions including Operations and Finance.
• Own business and deployment readiness: change management, training, user adoption.
• Manage integration dependencies and resolve cross-functional risks.
• Own release risks and issues with escalation as needed.
• Ensure compliance: regulatory, SOX, cybersecurity, and ops requirements.
