Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Upstream Chemical Field Engineer in Oklahoma City to work on-site with customers, deploying tools and services and solving technical problems. You will coordinate with crews and guide on-site activities to ensure safe, effective operations.

You will analyze data, prepare equipment, support tenders and cost estimates, and participate in job shadowing to grow your expertise in a global energy technology company focused on safer, cleaner energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field within the last 36 months.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services and liaise with customers.
• Participate in solving complex technical problems through hands-on field work.
• Prepare and receive outbound/inbound equipment and products for the work site.
• Provide support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, and perform invoicing tasks.
• Engage in job shadowing to develop a broader understanding of the business.
