Job summary

The Services Specialist - Field Svc Ops is responsible for contributing to the maintenance, repairs and refurbishments on the customer's facility.

As a Services Specialist - Field Svc Ops, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining customer field inventory
• Undertaking field service work on client's operations
• Servicing pumps in the field
• Undertaking lab analysis
• Undertaking maintenance services on-site (preventive and remedial)
• Managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering
• Working with customers and undertaking account management duties

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma
• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in chemical sales
• Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Upstream Chemicals
• Demonstrate great communication skills with customers
• Have a clean driving record
• Demonstrate a background in chemicals
