Job summary

Division Springs Food Service at WDW Coronado Springs Resort, located at Disney property in Lake Buena Vista, FL, is seeking a Server to guide guests through the dining experience with knowledge of all menu items and confident, courteous communication.

The role requires at least one year of restaurant serving experience and a high school diploma, with eligibility to obtain Florida Food Safety and Florida Responsible Vendors certificates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of restaurant serving experience.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain a State of Florida Food Safety Certificate.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Florida Responsible Vendors Certificate.
• Must be well versed in food safety and in serving alcoholic beverages per laws.
• Must be fluent in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned table section for guest arrival.
• Know and explain all food and beverage items on the menus.
• Lead guests through menus and make appropriate suggestions.
• Greet guests in a timely fashion and upsell menu items.
• Ring guest orders accurately into the POS system.
• Deliver courses promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
