Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee a specific field operation, driving sales through client education, promotions, and top-tier service. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and staff development while upholding policy compliance in a luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of upscale sales management experience and strong leadership, communication, and product knowledge. A college education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury spa or med spa settings is preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain and mentor strong sales teams.
• Strong communication and client education skills.
• Knowledge of spa services and product lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and drive sales goals through client education and upselling.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and reporting to maintain an upscale atmosphere.
• Coach and mentor sales associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Promote the spa's brand and services to maximize monthly results.
