Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary management experience in upscale/fine dining.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff development abilities.
• Experience with inventory control, labor cost management, and food quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef with guest satisfaction and lead-by-example management.
• Manage back-of-house staff including training and performance follow-ups.
• Control labor and other costs through planning and execution.
• Oversee weekly/monthly inventories and ordering of food and supplies.
• Maintain sanitation and OSHA-compliant work areas.
