Job summary

Major Food Group LLC is seeking a skilled Sommelier to join CARBONE in Miami Beach. You will assist guests with wine, sake and champagne selections, tailoring recommendations to taste and budget while presenting and pouring according to standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sommelier experience in upscale restaurants.
• WSET certifications preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through menu and venue details.
• Explain wine pairings with food and desserts.
• Ensure proper presentation and serving techniques for wines, sake and champagnes.
• Provide attentive, engaging guest service to all guests.
