Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers one-on-one and in small groups.

• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present menu items and provide details on portions, ingredients, and allergies.
• Understand and upsell menu items and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while learning new procedures.
