Benihana - Chandler is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-volume, upscale setting. You will greet guests, explain menu items and beverage pairings, take orders, and ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge and beverage pairings.
• Take and input orders accurately in the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening/closing side work and keep service areas clean.
