Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience in upscale dining preferred.
• Ability to provide personalized service and anticipate guests' needs.
• Reliable, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set the tone for a memorable dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu with strong product knowledge.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Take orders accurately and enter into POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with runners, bussers, and kitchen staff for seamless service.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas and side stations.
