Buck & Rider in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking Servers to join our team at our North Scottsdale location. This high-energy, seafood-forward concept specializes in raw bar, sushi, premium steaks, and handcrafted cocktails, with a focus on fresh ingredients sourced worldwide.

We are looking for servers with hospitality instincts who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are polished, team-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism during busy services.

Formación

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food/beverage or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to each guest
• Guide guests through the menu, including seafood, raw bar, and cocktail offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations
