Benihana in the United States is seeking a server to deliver exceptional hibachi-style dining and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will anticipate needs, offer menu and beverage recommendations, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals promptly, and maintaining clean service areas. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails; hospitality-focused.
• Able to multitask, stay composed under pressure, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed menu, specials, and beverage pairings knowledge.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening/closing side work as assigned by management.
