Qualifications

• Minimum two years of serving experience; upscale casual or fine dining preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with brand standards.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from greeting through farewell.
• Guide guests through menu items, features, cocktails, wine, and pairings.
• Enter orders, process payments, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and beverages.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, culinary team, and managers for seamless service.
• Maintain clean, organized stations and complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Uphold highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
• Participate in ongoing training and expand product knowledge.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
