Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking hospitality‑minded servers who will guide guests through our food, wine, and the Wine Club with warmth, confidence, and thoughtful conversation that elevates every visit into a memory.

You will work as part of a team in a fast‑paced, full‑service environment, delivering dishes and drinks with speed, providing recommendations, sharing wine knowledge, and upholding high standards of service while enjoying flexible schedules and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• A passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Follow SOPs and maintain readiness for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Follow legal guidelines for alcohol service.
• Engage guests with personalized recommendations and Wine Club education.
