Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume upscale dining preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long shifts.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take and enter accurate food and beverage orders in the POS.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service.
• Perform opening/closing side work.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Process payments and thank guests.
