The Ned NoMad is seeking a dynamic Server to join our high-energy team, reporting to the Head of Bars. In this fast-paced role, you will balance multiple tasks with flair and independence while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We value collaboration, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure every guest leaves truly satisfied, with memorable service and recommendations tailored to dietary needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a fast paced and professional environment.
• Previous server or back server experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong communication and engagement with guests.

Responsibilities

• Stock stations before and after service while maintaining inventory during high-volume shifts.
• Provide quality service to all guests and members.
• Influentially promote menu items and suggest pairing options during service.
• Demonstrate a full understanding of allergy procedures.
• Participate in Food and Drink demos, trainings, and product information sessions.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and offer recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials and promote them to guests.
• Adhere to responsible service regulations for alcoholic beverages.
• Recommend wine pairings or non-alcoholic beverages to complement meals.
