Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, staying compliant with health and safety guidelines, anticipating guest needs, and building rapport to encourage repeat visits. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high level of guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beverages (cocktails, spirits, wine) to guide guest selections.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
