Prime is seeking a professional server to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our upscale dining environment in Kansas City. You will explain menu items, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure guests feel valued from arrival to payment.

Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, staying compliant with health and safety guidelines, anticipating guest needs, and building rapport to encourage repeat visits. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.

1587 Prime is a brand new, immersive and upscale dining experience created by Noble 33 in partnership with Champions and global superstars, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. The modern American steakhouse will be affiliated with the iconic Loews Hotel Kansas City, welcoming guests to indulge in an unparalleled culinary journey spanning nearly 10,000 square feet across two floors. The restaurant will boast multiple private dining rooms, a world-class chef's kitchen, and a meat display.

Servers are the direct link between the company and the guests and a key driver for creating exceptional guest experiences. Servers are responsible for all aspects of the guest experience including representing the brand, explaining food and beverage offerings, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring that all of our guests, not just those in their assigned section, have everything they need for an exceptional experience. Servers must go above and beyond for each guest as well as take on the responsibility of ensuring all items are billed appropriately and payment is properly secured and handled.

• Ability to have extensive knowledge on the beverages we offer on the menu and the mastery of the food menu in order to guide guests towards choices that are best for them
• Mechanical in execution uses organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
• Ensuring that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
• Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele

Qualifications

• Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
• Experience in a Full Service Restaurant Preferred

• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35lbs
