Qualifications

• Display ability to forecast and anticipate guests' needs.
• Experience in a Full Service Restaurant preferred.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for duration of shifts and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execution of water service, pouring, refilling and maintaining water levels.
• Ensure table is free of foreign objects, trash, and unused items.
• Prepare table for upcoming courses with silverware, plates and linens.
• Wipe down and reset tables between courses.
• Deliver beverages from service bar to guests in sections.
• Attend to guest requests and relay to server/kitchen/manager.
• Assist Front waiter with greeting tables when applicable.
• Perform ongoing table maintenance.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guest departure.
• Spot-clean under tables and around seating areas for debris.
