Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve a diverse range of beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a vibrant entertainment venue. You will play a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable experience and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will handle high-volume periods with ease, follow company recipes, and maintain bar cleanliness. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Keep bar area clean, wash glassware, and manage spills and trash.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking and organizing supplies.
• Process cash/credit card transactions accurately via POS system.
• Verify age for legal drinking requirements and comply with laws.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed.
• Assist with setup and execution of private events and promotions.
• Stay informed on new beverage trends to improve skills.
