Job summary

Woodfield Country Club is seeking entry-level Server Assistants/Food Runners to join our team for another exciting season. The role supports the service staff across six dining venues, from poolside bites to elegant dinners, ensuring a high standard of service for our members.

Ideal candidates are energetic, with a commitment to outstanding service in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. We offer lunch and dinner shifts and expect availability on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Previous experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment, preferred.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
• Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth.
• Replaces soiled table linens, and sets tables with silverware and glassware.
• Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
• Serves ice water, bread, and butter to patrons.
• Cleans and polishes glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns, cream, and milk dispensers.
• Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers.
• Sweeps and mops service carpets and floors when needed during business hours.
• Other duties may be assigned by manager
