Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a Server Assistant/Food Runner to support dining operations during lunch and dinner shifts. This entry‑level role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service and assisting the service staff across six dining venues.

The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, and customer‑focused, with excellent communication and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. Prior upscale dining experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent service orientation.
• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Previous experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment, preferred.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
• Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth.
• Replaces soiled table linens, and sets tables with silverware and glassware.
• Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
• Serves ice water, bread, and butter to patrons.
• Cleans and polishes glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns, cream, and milk dispensers.
• Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers
• Sweeps and mops service carpets and floors when needed during business hours
• Other duties may be assigned by manager

The candidate will facilitate food service operations within each restaurant to deliver exceptional service. The server assistant is an exciting entry-level opportunity, responsible for all facets of secondary service, supporting the service staff, and maintaining the overall dining venues.
