Job summary

Intown Golf Club in Dublin, OH is seeking a energetic Server Assistant to join our frontline team and support a premium dining experience for members and guests.

You will run food orders to tables, help with table setups, and communicate with the kitchen about allergies and special requests. Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends is required; we offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a server assistant, busser, or runner role in upscale settings.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills; ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run food orders to tables promptly to support service staff.
• Assist with table preparation and setup to meet design standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to communicate orders and guest allergies.
• Maintain clean, orderly dining areas and report guest feedback to management.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends as needed.
