CUZIN is seeking a dynamic Server for our Brick, NJ location. You will be the ambassador of our dining experience, guiding guests through the menu and delivering attentive service from start to finish.

Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, leveraging deep menu knowledge, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless service flow. High-volume shifts and premium seafood offerings define this role.

Qualificações

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is required.
• Knowledge of seafood-centric or upscale casual concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESY seating or floor charts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests at tables and explain daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Maintain knowledge of seafood selections and pairings.
• Deliver entrees and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs during meals.
• Suggest premium entrees, appetizers, desserts, and cocktails.
• Process payments using cash and card transactions securely.
• Collaborate with hosts, runners, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Clear and reset tables to support quick turnarounds.
• Follow health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
