You will greet clients, assist with beverages, handle calls and messages, manage wait lists, process payments, and promote retail products. A friendly, organized, and neat appearance is essential to fit our upscale men's grooming brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Able to multitask and stay organized at a busy front desk.
• Willingness to perform light cleaning duties throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, check-in, offer beverages.
• Answer calls and texts, manage inquiries.
• Book/reschedule appointments using Zenoti.
• Coordinate daily flow of appointments and manage wait lists.
• Process payments via Zenoti POS.
• Promote and sell retail products.
