Qualifications

• Experience with Zenoti scheduling and POS is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication, warmly handling guests and phone inquiries.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced front-desk environment.
• Capable of light cleaning duties and keeping a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage check-in, offer beverages.
• Answer calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments using Zenoti.
• Coordinate daily flow, monitor stylist schedules, manage wait lists.
• Process payments via Zenoti POS accurately.
• Promote and sell retail products to drive revenue.
