Starting salary is $44,000 annually, with the range based on qualifications and experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, reflecting a role that supports peak guest periods and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (GED); some college preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive retail sales experience; three (3) years of related retail management in upscale setting preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to world-class guest service with proven leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional handling of guest issues.
• Proactive, takes initiative, good judgment, and problem solving.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to quickly learn the estate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff maintain world-class guest service standards and brand experience.
• Motivates staff through praise, recognition, and leadership by example.
• Maintains product knowledge and inventory while ordering and monitoring store merchandise.
• Manages opening and closing procedures.
• Oversees shop cleaning and organization.
• Ensures adequate staffing to move guests quickly and boost sales.
• Participates in hiring, coaching, and ongoing training of employees.
• Handles escalated guest service recovery issues.
• Assists with weekly inventory adjustments and daily sales reports.
